DIRECTOR
Director of the company is Ljiljana Rajnović PhD. a lawyer with a lot of experience and good results in providing consulting services to domestic and foreign companies on the domestic and foreign market, due diligence, valuation of capital, conceptual solutions in the process of company restructuring, securities market, consulting in procedures of primary and secondary privatization, bankruptcy and liquidation, representation in foreign trade arbitrations, lecture at numerous seminars in the field of business law in the country and abroad.
